Some things are just meant to be - try and enjoy your holiday, and you may even enjoy the wedding too.

We'll be expecting lots of photos - especially of all the yummy. healthy italian food.

Have a great time, and just let what-will-be be

Have been playing with excel .... and think I've sussed how to track lbs and Kgs! (Thought I'd better explain the shaded green boxes - that tells me if you're logging your weight in lbs or kgs)

Please can you check the figures I now have for Starting Weight and Week 1? If I hear nothing I'll assume tis all good

Well done Travis.

I had a terrible shock this morning - stood on the scales and am 62.4kgs. My heaviest EVER!!

Off to hang my head in shame and reflect on what it was that I did so bad last week

Morning folks ... It's Monday morning here which means time to stand on those scales, and dig out the tape measures again.

I'll play with the spreadsheet this week, and get stats in kgs and lbs for everyone.

For measurements - do you want cms and inches too?

Have a great week ... and keep up the good work.

Haven't been on this thread for a long time, so an update is long overdue.

Have made no progress on the weight-loss. Apparently I'm pretty good at maintaining but I don't want that. Think I need to seriously re-assess my eating habits.

Upside, is that my bike(s) are getting loads of outings. Been out on my road bike 3 times this week already, and am planning a ride today and Sunday too. Had a fantastic ride yesterday - made even better but Mr.Buff Topless man running towards me!

I've also been out with my kids on the BMX race track the last few weekends. Boy, it's hard graft but masses of fun - one lap and I'm seriously puffed so it's gotta be good for me hasn't it?

Good job Jill - you're still doing an awesome job! It's quite common to plateau as your body adjusts to the new you.

Are you still doing the same routine at the gym? Might be that you have settled into the same "intensity" and that you need to step it up a little?

And sleep girl! Your body needs time to recover from the gym and the running. Probably more important than training!!

Well done Sam on coming back.

One week off isn't the end of the world, and you maybe surprised by what the scales tell you.

Learn from the last week, and look forward to whatever you choose next.

Hey Scott - baseline weight was last week, but I've taken your weight as baseline, and week1. Hope that's OK?

Results so far folks - just waiting for Sam to pop by ... can you let me know if you'd prefer kgs or lbs? (I have converted everyone to kgs for the results table.)

This weeks winner is ......... Anna!!!!

Really? I guess just wearing the shoes won't get it done

This makes me laugh ... always used to smirk inwardly when my friend spent a fortune on these expecting them to give her gorgeously sculpted legs - mean aren't I?

How is everyone doing? Traineo is sooo quiet these days!

Monday and Tuesday were rubbish food days for me - massive sugar cravings that I gave into. Working hard not to cave today, and so far succeeding in not eating any crap calories.

Been getting out on my bike though, so clocking up a few miles. Going for a proper bike-fit on Friday, so hoping to be able to comfortably do longer rides soon.

Thanks Al ....

you can logs your weight/measurement in metric or imperial, and I'll convert it for you.

Most people of posting in weight in kgs, but measurements in inches so using that for comparisons. Just let me know what suits you and I'll sort out the rest

H Inna, Just measure at the widest point ... the important thing is to be consistent when you measure each time.

Al - I'm taking good care of your spreadsheets
