Can you lower liquor points by adding fiber?

I just had to quit drinking. I'm an "all or nothing" kind of gal, and the "all" wasn't helping me meet my weight loss goals!!

But an INTRIGUING discussion! Michelle, I vote you try it for a couple of weeks and see if it works!! I'll be the first one in line with my metamucil!!

Hi Jane,

I have this issue too. Sometimes I eat so many LOW POINT foods that it is hard to get them all in. I've compromised -- I'm "supposed" to eat 24 points for my current weight, but will eat 20 when I reach my goal. I'm trying to "eat like a thin person", so I try to keep it at 20. Sometimes I go over, but I don't stress about it. But I agree with Laura -- it's not a good idea to eat less on a regular basis.

Congrats on the 4 pounds this week! Way to go!

I like the new PROGRESSO LIGHT soups. There are a ton of different ones, and they are low in calories and very flavorful.

Hi Mike & Dingles,

I'm new to Traineo but am excited. I've been "on a diet" for about the last 3 years but have only gained and lost the same 10 pounds. This year I am bound and determined to lose 40 pounds!

I started on December 27 which is when we got back from an awesome cruise. I am a walker and follow Weight Watchers even though I don't attend the meetings anymore.

WE CAN DO THIS!
