We're going to focus on the positive and keep our eye on the goal. For me: 4 weeks to go.

Today is a holiday, Easter, so I'm taking a pass. Tomorrow: focus.

A number of us are experiencing end of semester STRESS. Which leads to eating, dropping our exercise, eating, beating ourself up for not exercising and not actually being productive with our end of year projects.

Can we be accountable to each other daily for success with sanity? I'm thinking a simple check off of these three:

1. Ate healthy
2. Moved my body
3. Focused on assignment/study

We'll cheer ourself on by checking off with:
We will not beat ourselves up. We WILL accomplish our goals.

Hard to understand why someone would keep going on after being told what they are doing is not OK and hurtful. Someone once told me "hurt people hurt people".

I suppose that is the flip side of pay it forward. I hope you have a super day today, Rachael.

Weight: 177 lbs.
Neck: 14.5 in.
Chest: 40 in.
Waist: 38.5 in.
Hips: 44.5 in.
Thighs: 24 in.

Pushups (knees): 6
Squats: 40

One is "what is your motivation to make fitness a priority in your life"
Vitality. My body is complaining in many ways -- all related to excess weight and high body fat percentage.

Two is "what non scale victory do you hope to achieve by July 4, 2012?"

Maintained a clean diet consistently. (Measured by following my personal trainer's plan)
