Anyone else using Kettlebells?

I've started with Kettlebell just recently and it's so great.
After just 1 month with them, I was able to beat my until then dead-lift record from my good days when i was fit. Even though I am not even near to lose the weight / BF% i wanted, i am gaining a lot of strength and endurance. Can't wait to meet Pavel next year in Copenhagen. |

I think if you not willing or not able to do real sports Wii fit is a pretty good excercise ( like Wii Sports). If you compare doing nothing with Wii fit, Wii fit owns by far.
But for everyone who is doing his regular workout like jogging, running, triathlon, hitting the gym, doing weights regulary the Wii fit is just a fun part, but the excercise part has only little effect. For my pretty own I was hoping to copy the Wii Sports experiment results but I had totally no progress that way. So I've started doing "normal" sports. Wii didn't got me fit, but gave me the initinal motivation to start sports and I am still doing it ( for already a month now). |

good job,
one weak clean now! I stopped myself on the 3rd try - was smoking a package a day. All 3 times just stoped totally, not a slow reduction. And now I am 4 years clean. Wish you good luck to stay away from cigs, even if you stop taking chantix. But from what I've read on other threads written by you, I have no doubt you'll make it.

It goes crap then. I just get hungry for sugar. My weak point is chocolate... 100-300gram or something comperable

As long you Lose BF its all good. no matter if 1% 2% or 5%. Just keep going. But yes, 4% in 1,5 monthes sounds like a real nice progress keep going girl |

I got that caliper and as far as I know its kinda most accurate method to check your bodyweight unless you do the water check.
But actuelly... It doesnt matter which system you use - caliper or calculation - (unless you REALLY wanted to know your %). At least for me the more important thing is to see, that I have a progress. So at least the % goes down i don't care too much if my BF% is right messuared or ~25% shown to high or something. |
