Yay! - So happy for you!
It was Mother's Day here and I laid laminate flooring in my second guest room. Good to have it done, though.

When life gives you lemons, don't forget the vodka and vermouth, or you'll never be able to make a martini.

Must rectify the martini recipe - always thought it was gin and vermouth - a bit of bitters ... olive - shaken not stirred ...

Thanks, Al - no pain. I can understand the bicep - My right is my go-to for everything, since I'm right-handed. But - who knew I was also right-legged? ! I'm going to purposely start jogging, walking going up stairs, etc all on my left side and see if that makes any difference. Should mess up my head big time.

Like Liz, I'm the old one at my office. At 58 I'm lugging a box of stationery down the stairs to the basement and the 30 something at the front desk says - Oh! you shouldn't do that. And I give her what hubby calls my 'Suz look'. Like YOU'RE going to do it? I don't think so. Yeah - it's good to be strong, and we might just as well use our strength. BTW - I work in an all-woman office. So no one's feelings get hurt.
Time to fix the Liver...

No, I understand it's OK for the liver. It might be hard on the gut if used too much. Tylenol apparently is the hard one on the liver. I have a problem with my elbow since laying floor about one month ago. Apparently it's the nerve on the outside of the joint. I can extend my arm now all the way, though it hurts at the furthest extension. I haven't done any upper body work to speak of for a month at least. Sorry - nothing to do with this thread. Just an ibuprofen issue.

I took my measurements for May this a.m. Not posting my weight, cause it's up again (big surprise!) but my BF%age is 29.5%. I took it twice, just to be sure - OK, guys - you'd be mortified, but I wanted to get that down to 30. I'm chuffed.
Interesting point that I hadn't noticed before: all my measurements on limbs - biceps, thigh and calf all measured one inch more on one side - my right - than on the left. I take the average and that's what I use.
Why is that?

Well done, Scott. The time doesn't matter at his point. You're out there and you're doing it. The time will work itself out later. (You do know the 3.5 pounds is not weight loss, right?)
Anyone up for the challenge?

Where did I recently read that your liver is renewed every 35 days - ? Is that like getting a new upgrade for your phone? Still drinking my water and lemon. Thinking twice about popping in the ibuprofen - but, I guess that one's not hard on your liver.

I'll be interested in your next tests, Scott. Will you be able to tell if your liver is less fat?
