I've almost completed the Dark Tower Series. I'm going to start Song of Susannah by Stephen King as soon as my local library gets it in, but until then I'm reading Apt Pupil by King.

I don't have an answer to that, but I would like to point out that you also can't export any data from your "My Logs". Combine that with the not being able to zoom in/out, and you will see that after about a week or so you can't get to the data in your custom logs anymore. Make sure you keep the info elsewhere.

I finished the 2nd session of week 4 yesterday. I moved it outdoors since it was such a beautiful day. I have to say I ran faster and stayed more focused being outdoors. I can't wait for my next run.

Is this still in the works? Is traineo being updated in general any longer?

Both are very good questions I'd like to know the answer to.

I was the fattest of my life last June. I kept gaining weight but never noticed. I'm not sure why it took so long for me to realize, but I finally did. What I'm trying to say is...It's good that you came to the realization. Make sure not to beat yourself up about it, just get to changing it!

Crap, I'm almost out of time.

Edit: I looked back and added my starting date. That means I have till Mar 16th (that's 4 weeks, right?) to lose 4.8lbs. Should be interesting.
Could you give me some feedback please

You've got gray, white, blue, and green that I think work really nicely with the pictures on each page, but the logo just seems out of place being red.

I also agree with some others on here about the height of the header. I have a large monitor with the resolution set high and it still takes up half the screen.

Overall though, I think you've got something really nice going.

I'm pretty sure the normal range for blood sugar is like 70-120. I don't see how 108 would be anything to worry about.

I'm sorry to hear about your week. I hope things start looking up.
