Sam, i think the email is only to contact the admin at the job if you have any questions in specific.

You need to mail in your resume and cover letter to the mailing address to be considered for the position.

Angie! Way to go! I had a similar "venting out" incident with my father too! It sure did feel like someone unloaded a million bricks off my chest. I was so angry that only half my words made sense but i got the message across! Of course my father reacted with the same self-pity / anger/ how dare you kinda attitude....but it was he who came around eventually to make me feel loved. Some things over the years have remained the same and probably always will but i feel that you need to express in this way once in a while!

Iris, You seem to be doing a good job of balancing fats/carbs and protein! Great job

Stina and Lucy. I totally understand what you are going through. I'm juggling early morning classes two times a week/ lack of sleep/ dissertation writing etc etc etc. If we cannot give a 100%....lets shoot for a little lower!

My Professor said that i looked good and asked if i had been working out ! Feels pretty awesome when people start asking these questions

Rachael - EXCELLENT job! In my opinion, you body looks perfect :-) I would KILL for such a flat tummy!

What cities to visit on a train tour through the USA?

I have a COMPLETELY different perspective on travel in the US. I have lived in India, the Middle East and now in the US. I am amazed by the diverse landscapes here! A HUGE HUGE fan of the National Parks. I have been to Acadia National Park in Maine, Yosemite in Cali.....breathtaking and very scenic views....tons of places to hike or bike or just walk around! Cannot wait to see the Rockies and Yellowstone someday

If you don't want to hike etc...i would suggest SF and NYC! Both amazing places...tons of stuff to do...great food to eat (if you do your research properly)...you can NEVER be bored here!

Portland and Seattle are AWESOME places too! Great breweries too :)

Robyn

I'm a student and often have to stay up late at night. I beat cravings by eating dark chocolate with nuts, fruits like an apple with a spoon of almond butter or a banana and some walnuts!

If you're craving something salty/ creamy try mashing up some ripe avocado, add chopped onions, lime juice, salt and pepper. Spread over whole wheat toast. DELISH!

I have also tried drinking almond milk. Its VERY low in calories but tastes pretty good.

The key is to eat something satisfying yet filling! Also, THROW AWAY all kinds of chips, candy etc. or you will just end up doing some mindless eating!

Guys

I made this last night! I think its something you all would enjoy! I think most of us have a sweet tooth so i think this will help with our crazy cravings! Here's the recipe:

http://www.unconventionalkitchen.com/chocolate-covered-banana-pops-with-a-healthy-magic-shell-recipe

I didn't even follow the recipe completely. I had some homemade choco sauce i had made sitting in the fridge. I froze the bananas for about half an hour. Dipped it in the chocolate sauce, added some nuts on top, placed the banana bits into aluminum foil and sealed it and placed in the freezer. Ate it at night before going to bed! SO delicious and somewhat healthy
