Great idea, and a good plan as Alasdair said.
I'm here to get rid of the ~30lbs. that I seem to have picked up from sitting in front of a computer all day, every day for the last decade. I'm starting a new phase in my career as an independent IT Infrastructure Architect and believe this is the time to start changing my daily lifestyle & habits to support this.
My goals are to loose those 30lbs, become more fit, and maintain an active lifestyle away from the PC.
