well, this week is a do-over week and I did day 1 of week 2 again. Since I didn't do it three times last week... i'm starting week 2 over. It was quite a bit harder than last week... i guess too much time off will do that, huh?

I did day 1 of week 2 today and it wasn't too bad. It was definitely tougher than week 1, but manageable. My legs are very tired and I will wait a day for sure before doing it again. It was on a treadmill today because of the weather, but I don't feel like it is too much easier than running outside. Maybe I'll find out wednesday!

If you do it for at least 3 days in a week, I would move on. In my experience, i have had trouble once I got up to weeks 3 or 4 and had to spend a couple weeks to get past them, so if you can do it, I would just move on... it's up to you of course, I'm just saying what I do Good job and good luck!
Can you lower liquor points by adding fiber?

I hear ya! It's hardly worth drinking at all more often now it seems. So even if there are days here and there out of moderation, those days being further apart means less calories in a week! That's how it helps me anyway... sometimes I save my extra points if I know I'm gonna go out once or twice in a week. 35 points is like 17.5 shots... that's how I see it, sometimes

I did day 3 on a treadmill today... it was a lot easier in most ways, but I couldn't slow down as I got tired, so in that way it was a little harder. On to week 2!

Day 2 went great! I'm gonna to day 3 today then it's on to week 3 next week! I had to make a surprise trip out of town, but I'm still gonna make it happen!

Well I did Day 1 on Monday and I wasn't too sore at all yesterday! But, i decided to wait a day and just did some eliptical machine and worked out my legs yesterday. I will do day 2 today!
Can you lower liquor points by adding fiber?

Unfortunately, I think they are right... but that is truly and AWESOME question! I just wish I would have thought of that creative idea! Next time I go to the bar I'm gonna ask for a Vodka and Metamucil just so see what they say LOL I think we should all try it and if we ask enough, maybe they will start serving it

isn't it funny that we have a hard time fitting working out into our schedule? It really shows where our priorities are... I'm right with you! I long for the day that I am complaining that I don't have enough time for work or school because of my workouts! I'm not there yet, but I hope someday...



Anyway, i work out and do WW and they work very well together in my opinion! I mostly do cardio right now, with a little weight lifting. I am also running using the couch to 5k program and it is working well. I look forward to seeing how things work out for you!

I am starting this again... I got to week 3 or 4 a few months ago. I am hopeful. and excited. I actually started last week, but I only ran twice so I'm doing week 1 over again!
