I didn't lose weight this week BUT! I lost inches.. My kids today wrapped their arms around me.. it felt GREAT! ..So, this month I (WE) should start seeing results on our scales.. I think my body is getting over the shock, I'm not FEEDING it! junk.. LOL.. take it easy/be safe.........

Okay, I tried it and it's AWESOME, but I get tired easily and won't go on to my next work out.. So, I'm not doing it til after I'm already..THIN! lol,

I will add it to my trianing, once I'm able to endure more..^5 to all you that can..

Morning Nathan & all thanks for your post, there most appreciated!

Since working out my knees starting to freak out on me..LOL

My mind thinks th body is fit and strong already.. HOWEVER my body knows the TRUTH! ..so, I'm just walking now with weights...turns out I get more of a work out o' light kick boxing..

@ Nathan: what's the difference between Kung fu and Tai Fu?

Thanks Dave & congrats on your success Keep going too!!!...I'm not doing heavy weight AT ALL..I'm walking 3 miles with hand weights and bands...light cardio after that, I'll pick up the pace once I'm down to 170..I'm guessing by this time next month

I actually want to work out too.. I couldn't this morning, which to me is the best time, burns the fat that has been stored..I'm waiting on dinner (oven) and I got a surge to work out while it's baking! I'm surprised ! LOL, feels good..and I'll give you credit for spinning, there's no way right now I could do that.. I didn't know about Cardio Coach.. I'll look into it..Thanks

@ Itadaki mouse.......I"m only eating chicken/tuna..no eggs..I love fish but not on my budget right now, well cod/salmon..all the good stuff!! LOL

I'm trying to adjust, today for the 1st time ever! I took a packet of splenda with me for a lunch date...didn't have the cake ..thought about the yogurt I had at home. Which my kids are eating now! so, that's out ..LOL

What's your diet consist of ?

HI, Jennie....When I first started my challenge here, I worked out my abs with AB JAM, Next day I couldn't move..I was extremely sore didn't work out that day or the day after! I almost gave up, till I came upon this article.. it has changed my life, his a little extreme but ..I needed it

He says; We all have a 6 pack! except layers of FAT covers it..(well mine does) Melt the fat around your abs, with CARDIO light weights..than you'll be able to see it..okay, I'll stop now so you can read what I'm talking about..LOL.. Hope your doing good Jenn! take it easy

I eat that everyday! or I did....that's one meal I gave up for my diet..

I make homemade tortillas everyday (I'm spanish,lots of mexican food)not good when their coming out hot and fluffy and adding butter to it.. LOL.. I should stop frying the rice too..but I do love my salsa!

Thanks, supplements are something I will be starting on, worked out tonight, had a banana protein shake, tasted like cardboard! there has to be a better tasting shake out there..CHOCOLATE please.LOL I'm getting my fat burning supplements ...see how it goes

Thanks..not gonna see that 6 pack for some time now, LOL and I'm ready for the long haul of a commitment . I worked out today, cardio/kickboxing/ and power bands.. I read where I shouln't do ab work til my BMI is lower WHEWW! thanks for the URL that's what I needed

Hi, just reading this post.. I'm in the begining of weight training. I mean when there's FAT! I wrote a post but in the 'exercise and trianing tips' please if you have a chance read it.. 'Buiding a body from scratch'

I admire your commitment and dedication to bodybuilding.. Man, i wish I had a body already. But I'm starting and need lots and lots of help and encouragement..Take care Y'all'

Hi, I've been a body building admire (from a far) since I first saw RACHEL McLish in early 80's, I was in 'wow' a woman can look SEXY with muscles..I was drawn to bodybuilding compittions/read muscle mags/even read vitaims and shake protiens labels..Just to see what they took. The beating of my heart would over whelm me.. I was inlove, with the art of body building..SADLY, I never did anything about it, thought I wasn't good enough, and had someone in my life that thought I was 'stupid' for feeling that way......His out of my life! and I finnished school, Medical Assistant it's a certificat but it took me alot of years to get it, because of my self low esteem. I fell inlove with the art of bodybuilding..This is my journey in creating my own/ and finally having self esteem. I'm starting NOW! I don't take any pills/or shakes yet.. dont' know which ones.. there's so many.. I weigh 195 lost 5 lbs from joining here! My BMI is 33% ..I know' I Know!!! LOL,

Should I concentrate on losing weight only? and how much weight should I lose before weight training... Do I take pills? Since I"m getting my body ready for weight training? I would love any advice..
