Cody,

I bought a pair of Motorola S9 and love them. They are wireless, very small form and sit behind the head. They were made for running, the gym, and etc.

Plus DDR is coming to the wii. Not only are you dancing with your feet, but you will also use both arms. The playstation versus killed me so I'm sure the wii versus will too.

I currently have Madden and like it. It tends to be more fun playing with a friend than the console.

Bought Zelda and found it was too "kiddish" selling on ebay.

Rented Rayman Rabbits and laughed about 20 times....very good game.

Bought Second Trauma last night online, hope to have it next week.

Next on the list will be Tiger Woods Golf

Cheryl, keep us posted.

Have you tried Rayman Rabbits? I found that it requires you to move your arms a lot more than Wii sports. If not, try to rent it at Blockbuster....bet you like it.

I agree with Fred, it's probably the food sitting in your stomach that is causing problems.

Your best workouts will be on a empty stomach, hands down. However, you need to eat correctly before the workout or you will be too hungry and weak to excercise.

My "suggestion and probably not the best" would be to eat some almonds, peanuts or whole wheats a couple of hours before your workout. They will provide enough energy during to keep you going, but your stomach won't have a lot of food in it to interfere with your training.

I usually will eat a piece of toast and drink a energy drink before my morning workout.

One of the best places I like to eat is at the Mongolian Grill. Anyone been there? You put raw meat, vegetables, eggs, etc into a bowl add some sauces and they grill it. They also have a salad bar.

It's a all you can eat, but because they offer prime steak, chicken, fish and lots of veggies it's pretty good for you.

Keep in mind that all body types are there, it's just not for muscle heads. Last year we got to see Arnold and had two large bags of goodies.

Great review, I liked that he even touched on the Wii. I've tried all the items except the eyetoy and agree with him 100%.

The item I am waiting for is the gamerunner. It won't be cheap but I think it will offer the best workout.

Tracking Wii activity?
Exercise & Training Tips

Ive done 4 days of tracking, but I must be pretty bad at it, my mii age is down to 75 years.

Not sure this is accurate at all, because it mostly based on skill level. Like the bowling I am really bad at clearing 3 to 4 pins and it docs my points on that.

Haven't looked into the fitness section yet.

Shiny, I know that the DDR is coming back to the Wii this year and that in itself will be a huge cardio workout.

Make some fat free pudding (with skim milk), and add some protein powder into the mix if you have it.

This will satisfy your requirements:

Fills you up, very low calories, and yes they have chocolate, plus lots of protein.

Got mine from ebay, couldn't find it at any store for months. Even though I paid $80 more than what it sells for at the stores, I and more importantly my wife love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far only have the Wii sports and Madden. Getting Zelda next.

Tania, I say sign up for the Marathon. Doing so will make you train for it. What's the worst that can happen, you finish it by walking?

Push yourself, you can do it!

Once every other month, I drive and meet my cousin and we hit this old gym which is in pretty bad shape.

However, this allows up to do "old school". We stay away from any of the machines (since they may break) and just touch iron. Nothing special, just the good ol benching, squatting, curling, and pulling.

We always walk away with our hands dirty, painful smile, and feeling great!
Just got a Wii yesterday.

Lance, I forgot about the PS2. We had it awhile back with the DDR Game. Now that would soak your shirt with sweat.
