well guys/gals after a year i lost over 100lbs weighed in at 320- then roughyl august last year i was right at 215lbs. in november I played soccer and blow out my knee Acl/Mcl both at the same time never realized it till feb. had surgery in march and now slowly getting around, bad news though i gained weight since it is really hard to keep to a diet that i can do with out getting bored and giving in. now i need the motivation i had before im currently at 267lbs sucks super bad worked hard to loose it then my knee kicked me too the curb.
soo just starting this back up and hopely get motived again and start HOPEFULLY can start jogging or working out again.

i can only do upper body... for now and honestly i DONT mind it is just i love running and it sucks to just lift weights and do nothing else.
im picky
- eating i have to admit it is kaka right now
i havent found a way to eat around my schedual

i came to this site little over a year ago weighing in at 300+lbs over this last summer i was down too 210lbs now i have gained weight since i came back too the states, and started school again...
now im back to regain my pace and get down too 190lbs... NOW couple months back i tore my knee, ligaments and now march 13 i get surgery and now i need to get down FAST to make up when im cripple.
so back too the suggestions and the only reason i lost soo much weight was cause i ran 4-5 miles a day and now i cant really run with out having my knee go out of place. suggestions PLEZZZ

awsome i need to get back intoo gym mode
i gained 10lbs after 2 months of not going to a gym and not eating right.
my days goes as follows
monday - work 10-8, 1 hour lunch
tuesday - school all day or OFF
wensday 10-6 work 1/2 lunch
thursday - SChool all day or OFF
friday - 11-9 1 hour lunch
saturday 10-9 1 hour lunch
sunday 11-7 1 hour lunch
alright this is my HEAVY schedual it has been like this for 2 months and will be like this for another 2 -3 weeks.
WHAT TOO DO ? also consider i have to do family things and other things inbetween.
i need ideas. !

well before, i was working 25 hours a week. Worked out roughly 10 hours each week, or at least went for 10 hours each week built up my cardio quiet a bit, ran for 45minutes straight, and did some weights.
still trying to figure out what to do since it is harder for myself to find time. their is no 24 hour gyms around my area, cause if there is i would be there around 12-1 at night.

well i would love to but i work firday-monday 10 hours each day.  and it wears me out.
tuesday and thursday i have school all day and do things around the house. and wensday work 8 hours. so i have no rest time.

alright im in need of some motivation... really need it or ideas.
at the moment i have not been able to go too the gym for 4 weeks now  since i work 40+ hours a week, and have 15 hours of school. i have gained weight roughly 5lbs and LOST ALOT of muscle since i havent worked out.
any words of insperation or anything i can do at home to help myself?

alright well im about 35lbs too my goal 200lbs by christmas... and i messed up today and ate some tenders... and by some i mean about 10...
ive been rocking around 230-233 now 234lbs what is something that can help me out tomorrow as far as eating? somethign light. i work all day 10-8 so it will be something i prepare for lunch at work.
any ideas?

well like andy said is good... do what was mentioned
all i know is that if you weight train u dont loose weight since it is replacing all the fatty in you and since "muscle weighs more then fat" you just have alot more muscle...
but keep it up... how are u doing this per day?
cardio one day muscles the next? or just everything each day?

alright well i have been doing great i think.... but why is it that i loose weight BUT havent been able to loose it around my waist? this is really bugging me... i havent really been going to gym in a few days but have lost a bout 6lbs... nowin the 240's... ideas? also what are some good things to do to help LOVE HANDLES?

at work i install car stereos, so in the bay we have a mini fidge FULL of cokes and on top we have 2 rather large box's of cookies, crackers, snacks, candy, and the other day we had pie.... it suxors...
so i bring my water and try not too take any snacks

alright well hmm im still trying to get this right lol... im not used too this "weight loss system" haha.
this is what i do at the gym at night... if that has anything to do with it
Treadmill 10-15 minutes.
*leg work outs 3x10 on 4-6 different :machines:
*Chest work " " " " " " "
*Back work " " " " " " "
Treadmill 10-15 minutes. OR untill i get 30minutes on the treadmill
*Leg work outs 2x10( same as above)
*Chest work " " " " "
*Back work " " " ' '""
Eliptical OR Stationary bike 10-15 minutes
*Leg work 2x10 ( 2-4 machines) simple ones nothing hard
*chest work "" " " ""
*Back work """ """ """""""""""
Eliptical OR stationary Bike 10-15 minutes ( when ever i hit 30 minutes again)
then i go home so usually go 2-2half hours. *unless i go play soccer*
HOWS this????
i eat roughly 1K Calories- 2K calories a day just depends
i go "NOW" 6 days of the week too the gym

well depends who is comming if it is my grandparents, consider that i just gain 50lbs cause my grandma can COOK... if it was my uncles or other relavitves i wouldnt mind letting them go too the gym, do alot of touring of the town and coutry.

cardio...... plan and simple..... eat right..... dont starve yourself, cause you will gain it all right back in one meal... eat VEGGIES since you can eat alot of those with no problem. i see you work out alot of upper body... if you go too the gym 3 times split up muscles in those days... *IE monday- do caradio and legs. Wensday : back and triceps, firday - chest

well if u are having cramps on ur knee or leg period. is cause there is a lack of Nutrition in ur diet... not eating them veggies huh.... shin splints suck but you get used too them, i get them pretty offen when they are sore and hurts when you lightly touch them.... Strech, rather doing 30 minute jogs do 15 and then relax for alittle.
also Dustin i noticed you played alot of soccer, go around parks and find people to play with, i play pretty much everynight except for when i school, work or nobodys goes.

i get bored listening to music, since i work in caraudio i hear all day to begin with and like to drive home and to the gym all quiet and work out quiet. OR just talk to the guy im working out with.

yeah for the 300 club..... i was at 320... in march and decide enough was enough, and it was time to get back in too my 176, to play soccer, today im 255.... by next weekend I WILL BE at 245....
keep up the good work its hard i know i push myself more and more now though
