Good question!
I know a friend of a friend who worked for many hours on Sunday raking the yard and doing all of the spring cleaning stuff. Pretty hard stuff. Rumor has it this person also got a good sunburn out of the deal. Then the friend of a friend did some walking/jogging that night because it was nice out. This person took then took Monday off to rest the body. This morning he couldn't get the heartrate up to speed on the elliptical, doing the same speed and resistance as always, probably averaging 6-8 bpm less than normal. |
