Is there a way to change our settings so we don't get emails saying we've got mail?

1 week in, so far so good but no weight lost
I Can Make You Thin |
I agree with what you've all said.
One thing is for sure, I don't have that somewhat obsessed feeling about "good food vs. bad food". I have always put food into those categories and for me, just having things not off limits takes away the constant thinking about how I want to gorge on the bad food! I am going to stick with it regardless... because it's nice to be the one who takes home the doggy bag for a change, rather than cleaning my plate for every last morsel. |

I Can Make You Thin |
Hi everyone. Newbie.
I came across the show in TLC one week ago. From that moment on, starting with lunch, I followed the 4 golden. I even made it through dinner with relatives from out of town, a bday party, and lots of chances to overeat. I feel great about my accomplishments, but got on the scale to see myself 0 lbs down in one week. I am going to ride it out, but this was very discouraging. I do however feel great that my "speed eating" has gone by the wayside. My hubby who used to notice how fast I eat is finished long before me now. I grew up with 3 brothers and learned as a child that eating slow meant you didn't get any 2nds. HA! I am amazed at how long I can make my meal last, and also how many leftovers I had this week. Anyway, I Tivo'd episode 2 and can't wait to get home today to watch it. I find my hunger most days at zero, with no starvation feeling, which is awesome. |

How do you manage JUDDD with a hubby or family?
Johnson Up Day Down Day Dieters |
Hi people, I am just reading about this plan and I am quite fascinated. The only thing I can see which would be a big prob for me would be that my husband really enjoys us eating together. I was wondering what you down on your down days with family/husband or SO?
