I currently weigh 246lbs. I figure to maintain I need 2460 calories a day. I am attempting to lose 2 Lbs. a week. So you take your maintain amount multiply by 7days. Subtract 7000 calories thats 2lbs. and divide that by 7 and you get my daily intake of 1460 calories. That has gotten me to where I am now. 71.4lbs lighter than I was just 9months ago. This was with little to no exercise so I would imagine you would have to increase your intake if you exercise.

I would turn around and use that for fuel. Don't let them tempt you or make you feel pressured. After all you are the ones making your life better. I get it all the time but once I explain to them what I have done they seem to shut their trap.

Edit: I also packed up my kitchen and gave all the stuff I shouldn't eat anymore to a family that could use it more than I could.

I weigh myself everyday when I wake up after I use the restroom and before I eat anything. It seems to keep me motivated. My weightloss is still continuing because of diet change not exercise. So I could only imagine what would happen if I could dedicate myself to exercising.

What is Traineo Lacking?

A recipie Section sounds really good. Not in a forum setting and make it all user submited would be cool. A reason to use it more than once a day would be nice. I am a windows mobile user and would like to see a traineo mobile type site. Long term and short term goals. Still kind of wating on a food journal.

The Splinter Cell series, FEAR, Counter-Strike Source, Halo, The Need For Speed Series, The Battlefield Series, The Rainbow Six Series, World Of Warcraft, The Ghost Recon Series, Thief: Deadly Shadows, Guild Wars, Enemy Territory, The Call Of Duty Series, Half Life Series, and various others. I used to be a huge console fan but one day I picked up a keyboard and mouse and haven't looked back. However I did purchase an XBOX 360 controller which I love to use on racing games and recently on Splinter Cell: Double Agent.

I found this on the web for my stats of

Height - 6'1"

Age - 23

Weight 276Lbs

Sex - Male

They say I should weigh 144Lbs.-189Lbs. I have seen tons of places tell me between 185-190 is there any truths to these so called calculators? My friend at work says I'd be skin and bones at 185Lbs.

Well most of my life I have been "Fat" But I mostly remember being made fun of from middle school on. I weighed 250Lbs. around the age of 13 I want to say. I was always eating I loved food. Then I got to age 18 and weighed 320Lbs. I got married at the age of 21 started to lose a little I went down pant size. Then my wife decided to leave me in July of this year (2006) and I had enough of being "Fat" plus I found Traineo I decided to change my diet learn some stuff about the foods I used to eat and now am sitting at 275Lbs I feel great and people keep motivating me. I hope to weigh 250Lbs in February when I turn 24. I am going to buy a new digital camera soon so that I can see the changes that everyone else sees.

Wish me luck for turkey day!

Hmm never really looked at it that way. Well maybe they would have to just redo some of their menu offerings or the way they present the food? I would assume that not a ton of people would even care but I don't know. I mean If I knew the stuff I do know as a kid I would not be in the condition I am in. While growing up I would have not eaten out so much or made better choices.
