Do you go to a gym? Do it at home? Jog? Alone? With someone else?

I ask because, this has always been the toughest part of loosing weight for me. I'm a working parent who has hardly any time to go to a gym. Lately I've been trying to do daily cardio @ home (dvd's, etc...), but it's hard to be disciplined about it.

The biggest difference for me was flip flopping my meals.

What I mean is.. I eat a hearty breakfast, sensible lunch and a small mostly protein dinner.

By eating the majority of my food earlier in the day, I give my body more opportunity to burn it off. I also find that planning my breakfast out and eating it before I leave the house helps ward off giving into cravings & etc. The building I work in has tons of fast food restaurants on the first floor, and walking through there in the morning it is too easy to grab something unhealthy if I'm hungry. If I've already eaten.. I don't even notice it!

Hi Everyone! My name is Kristin. I'm a mother of two from the Chicago area.

I found f2f on iTunes while stocking up my phone with podcasts to listen to.

I've also been fighting weight most of my life trying various diets. Finally I desperately went to my doctor for help.

I've been working with my doctor for almost a month to loose weight with a combination of diet/b12 shots/phentermine/& exercise. It seems to be working well and for once I feel like I can succeed.

I can't tell you how much weight I've lost to date. I've decided to only check my weight at my bi-weekly doctors appointments. The huge results make more of a difference to me. Weighing myself daily is just frustrated.

I'll be sure to let you know what it is when I go in next weekend!

Thanks for the podcast and the time you give to help others succeed in their goals. It's been very convenient and helpful for me.
