You should warm-up and strecth your muscles before you workout with the Wii. Then strech again after the work out. I started dong this and don't ache nearly as much. I also have a recover day, so I only work out every other day. Drink plenty of water - I can't tell you how important this is. Boxing is a great workout, I try my best to balance each arm - otheriwse one arm will get toner than the other. Bounce around, by shifting your feet. This way you get a total body work out and you are not just working the arms. It has been amazing - I have lost about 8lbs since I started with the Wii two weeks ago, I have also shifted my diet a bit too, for more healthy foods. If I want something sweet I drink half of a Naked Smoothy- YUMMY - I found out you can find these in about every store!
