I'm going to leave you with a quote that was told to me when I was layed up in the hospital. It brought a smile to my face and I hope it does the same for you.

"Get well soon? F*ck that, get well now."

Good luck with everything Dave.

I haven't added up my workouts in a while, I've been really busy at work. I have about 5 days to post. I'll try to get it up tonight. So there's at least two of us.
Exercise During The Workday?

I'm lucky that here at work we have a gym with a few pieces of cardio equipment and showers. I can bike for 45 min at lunch then shower and back to work. I also joined a gym that's half way in between work and home where I can lift 3 days a week. Excercise is quite convienent for me, which is huge plus in my books!

Martial Arts?
Exercise & Training Tips
Posted: June 18, 2008
Thanks to all so far, I was impressed with the Kick Boxing class last night and tomorrow I'm checking out a Krav Maga class (which I was amazed was offered here considering it is generally lower profile than most Martial Arts and I live in a fairly small city) and then an MMA class on Saturday. Which is a mix of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. At least I'm not lacking in choices. In my travels I also noticed Kendo, which looks amazingly fun and challenging.

Thanks again everyone.

Oh thanks, when I searched I didn't get any results.

It could have been my less than stellar command of speeling though.

Thanks again.

I'm looking into joing a martial art but a few of them look very interesting and I'm having a hard time deciding what to sign up for.

Does anyone here have any experience? I'm looking for the best workout I can get.

Any suggestions?

I hate you already.

Yes, I am a petty person.

You jinxed me. For the first time yesterday I had to wait for the rack. I figured you made a few calls just to mess up my flow. Petty indeed. lol

it's silly how few of those racks gyms have when that's such an important exercise.

That's one thing I love about my gym. They have 5 racks and they're never in use. I think I've only ever seen one in use besides myself when I'm at the gym. Although the smith machine is always busy, go figure.
