I am a 32 year old female from Nova Scotia, Canada.
I am not severely overweight, in fact would only like to lose about 15 lbs, however, my problem lies more in the area poor eating behaviour. I often eat in front of the television, and if not there, then I always have something to read. Eating breakfast this morning, slowing down, looking at my food, resting my knife and fork, no distractions? I couldn't believe how different of an experience eating became for me.
