I don't normally go from a pounds point of view, but hey, Traineo says. : )
So, 40 pounds for a number.
But accurately, I'm looking to get back into size 36 jeans, looking to get back into running 5 miles easily at a pop (I ran a trail marathon in 2004, so 5 is nothing, once I get going), and looking to get back into eating food I know is right for me.
