ooo...i hate being a perfectionist..but i have to give you a few tips here on your eating schedule! eating is def one of the biggest components for losing weight... you've def got a pretty good system going here tho!, instead of eating one or two big meals a day you're eating quite a few, giving your digestive system a faster way of digesting and allowing you to burn the calories you eat off more easily!, keep a few almonds or hazlenuts on you! in the spur of a moment hunger, pop a few in you're mouth! or even a light trail mix....nuts are very filling, HIGH in protien (gives you lots of energy) and good for you in general!...dont over do it tho! some nuts can be fairly fatty. also! a tip to help burn calories better, eat 1 - 1 and a half hrs before working out, this allows your digestive system to digest all your food and make it into engery so you can burn it off!(instead of having it turn into fat cells) this way all those hard work outs are worth the while! also, even lean ground beef is very fatty, stay away from the meat loaf dollface! its better to stick to steaks and what not with ALL fat cut out...i know these things may seem minor, but it all adds up! believe me!...keep away from carbs and too much grains...you shouldnt be eating oatmeal every day....switch from time to time, corneal is also good for breakfast....substituting your bread with toast and no butter, takes a good portion of the carbs out and still filling you up! ...instead of store bought peaunut butter, buy unsalted peanuts, add some light vegtable oil and blend together in a blender or grinder....still gives that lovely peanut taste without all the calories and fats! also...quick cooking ideas... you still need starch in your diet, and potatoes are full of it...mashed potatoes...mmm ok...but believe it or not a baked potatoe is so much better for you, it keeps all the nutrients inside! instead of getting rid of it when you mash them all up...plus you need to add butter and milk for mashed potatoes! more calories there doll! try a baked potatoe with salsa...a hot salsa is even better....salsa is high in nutrients and very healthy no uneeded fats or sugars! also if its a hot salsa, it speeds up your motabolism helping you burn it all of faster, stick to spicy foods ! eggs...low in calories, high in protein high in fat, eat eggs yes! not to ofton theres a lot of chloresterol in eggs, too much is no good! once a week is more than enoguh! also, with fruits, try and stick to fruits that contain a lot of water! , watermelon, celery, oranges etc. they're filling and dont contain as much actual "food" if you know what i mean? stay away from bananas thoo! and reward your self everyonce in a while...i know its not easy losing weight and what not...so even a 1/2 cup of un butter popcorn wont hurt once a week....oo my grandma always use to have an old trick (hehe gotta love those grandmas! ...she was dieting, also had a weight problem...but she was absolutely desperatly in love with chocolate...soo she'd take a chocolate chew it up...and as gross as it sounds...spit it out hehehe... well you satisfy your taste buds, and dont have the after affects of actually swallowing it :P i have so much more advice if yah want it! just ask

...always love to help....ooo n heres a lil motivational bit to help you get through this if you want...and some more advice too! hehe .. stay positive, ive been up in down in weight my whole life and have struggled big time keeping it where i want it, and struggled getting it their too..... " To achieve, you must believe" ....you gotta believe you can do it doll! if you dont believe it you wont be able to! just keep working at it! also, count your calories and calories burned carfully! to lose weight you must burn calories...you have to burn MORE calories than you eat! each 3500 calories is equal to one pound ...so if you burn 3500 calories MORE then you eat...you've lost one pound! this is a guarantee....its fact...nothing made up about this at all its just how the human body works..read up on it if yah dont believe me! try adding some additional exercise to your day...even simple things, like crunches, while you're in bed do leg lifts! (lie on your side and lift your leg up in the air and back down, slowly ) do wall sits, jump rope ANYTHING EASY! even dance a little about around your house while you're working! hehe, and drink lots and lots of water, fat is flushed out of your body through your urine, lots of fluids = lots of peeing (hehe) = lots of fat being flushed from your body! also, flex your muscles, tap your foot, shake your leg, all these things are useful ways to burn calories while sitting at work/school when you cant do much for exercise it's easy and it all adds up.... but most of all BE POSITIVE....you're the only one that can get you through this, YOU have to believe you can do it, and hun...YOU CAN! its hard, its not easy it hurts but it IS NOT impossible..have faith...and dont forget...no matter how much it hurts, how bad you're craving that bag of chips....remember, "it hurts to be beautiful!" i believe in you! now its time for YOU to believe in you!!
