Taking up supplements such as Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel.

I do pop a pill 30 minutes before my work out but I am not so sure if I must really ahve them on a regular basis such as what its stated on its instructions. Must I even have those even if I missed out on a gym day?

etc.

1. Keeping a food journal and exercise/day journal

2. avoid the pastries and ice cream, soda

3. Binge day isn't "to binge the entire day"

4. Never skip out on breakfast

5. if there is fish, skip on the chicken. if there's chicken skip on the meat, if there's meat, make sure its lean

6. if there's salad - go for it!

My resolutions are

What: Gain my adrenaline, endurance, stamina back. More energy, makes life much happier and easier. Lose 15 lbs ( half to my 30 lbs goal to lose )

When: in 8-12 weeks. ( is that reasonable enough?)

How: feeding myself knowledge about fitness and get to the gym 2x-3x (or as much as I can) attend my G5/ lympathic massage treatments (2x a month at least) and taking down what I eat on a food journal in order for me to track down what I eat, what Im doing and have other people help me, correct me.

Hi I'm kassy and I learnt about f2f days before I flew for a holiday vacation, I figured having podcast on my ipod will have me reminded about my goal which is to have a dose of health information everyday as I go along with my journey towards gaining back my adrenaline, endurance and stamina.

I gained a whooping 50 lbs because I had to take steroids from terrible alleriges and suffering from the weight gain for almost 5 months now. The depression has been terrible since I no longer go out, I still haven't got a job, I get really down and sleepy right away and the list goes on. My clothes doesn't fit, men doesn't look at me, everyone says that I have gone so fat and the worst among is that my boyfriend whom is the reason why I went back to my home country cheated on me.

What way to say that world has given me too much to carry on top of my shoulders.

I enrolled myself to a gym and every gym day is a challenge for me since getting there isn't easy. I haven't been in the gym for a week now since I flew myself for a holiday vacation.

I have lost 5 lbs already and now that I am back in my home country, after Christmas I will get myself back to fitness at the gym. It's hard to attend every day since I ride with my cousin going there; it's far from home. I have marked the calendar and I attend at least 2x-3x a week.

I have a blog and you may find me <a href=http://diet.com/dietblogs/read_blog_by_poster .php?uid=712924&blsp=Weigh+it+Goodbye%21">here</a>

I'm 23 years old, a Chef enthusiast, currently a hotelier and struggling to be a Flight Attendant but how am I going to achieve my goals to my dream career having this weight on? My body assestment said that I have 42% body fat ( TERRIBLE!!! ) from an 18% which I used to have and I regret having to think that I was fat those days! to think I was 105 lbs and my heaviest at those times was just 115 lbs.

Thanks to f2f because I have been learning everyday and repriminded. I'm struggling still but goo dthing for podcast, I get to have a dose of everyday fitness news.

HELP! Thanks
