Have you tried Weight Watchers? The program is amazing! I lost my baby weight in 6 mo. and have kept it off for almost 6 mo. now. It is so worth the $$ but you have to go to the meetings for the best results unless you are a really good self motivator. I would never try to lose weight and change my eating any other way EVER again. Good luck!

For a treat try the no-pudge brownie mixes. They offer single servings and you can make it in your microwave with yogurt... They are very good!!! I also love baked potatos with salsa and sour cream.

Hi! When I first started WW I was nursing and had 32 pts to use each day. I found this very hard to do and I was often under points and not losing weight. I found myself with 10 or so extra pts each day to use and would indulge daily on treats, and not so good choices to use my pts...daily. The ladies at WW suggested that I substitute higher fat/pt healthier foods for the fat free ones I was eating (milk, eggs, cheeses, etc.) to make sure i was eating all of my points. I started doing this as well as eating a higher pts breakfast and started losing the weight. Since hitting lifetime in October I have done pretty well... I am currently up 5 lbs from my lifetime weight and 15 from my personal goal weight. I am back on track now and might just have to try this Wendie Plan for some variety. Good Luck to all of you!!!

I suggest attending the meetings. Many people go to weigh, but don't stay and they don't lose as much as those that do stay. I learn something new each time I go and have done great! I really like how it has changed my lifestyle and made my family healthier because of it.
Can you lower liquor points by adding fiber?

This was asked at a WW meeting I went to and adding those supplements to foods doesn't change the points values...
