I will reach my goal weight of 150 lbs by March 31st, 2010, and then assess to see if I want to lose any more weight.
I will run a 5K all the way through at a 10 minute mile pace in April.
I will run my first 10K by August 31st 2010.

Hey Guys!
I've been listening to TONS of your archived shows while doing some mindless work. I LOVE it--so refreshing to hear some regular, common sense approaches to health instead of new-agey or gimicky stuff.
About Me:
I'm a 25 year old IT worker, and I've been overweight since I was 13. I've been working out consistently, and eating healthy since early August, and I've gone from 187 lbs. to 163 lbs as of today! At 5'9", I'd like to eventually get down to 140 - 150 lbs, but I don't think I'll know what weight is best for me until I get there.
