Your Plans - Weight Loss, Exercise, etc.

My fitness plan is based on cardio on our elliptical followed by weights and abs. I recently purchased an Oxygen machine and a Hoist multi-function weight machine as well as a pilates ball to do abs on.



I'm determined to lose the extra 10+ I've acquired since college and also since breaking my wrist (scaphoid) which really took me off the exercise path for far too long. I'm determined to be psyched with my physique again - I swam competitively through college and was an All Americian in long distance.



My eating is already on a more healthy kick and I've cut booze out from the weekdays. Nothing excessive on the weekends.



I"m feeling good so far... been on this kick for almost a month!
