Hi,
I am new to podcasts and blogs, but happily have discovered F2F. I will introduce myself to y'all. I am a 37 yr. old from Sheboygan, WI. I practice dentistry, and am married with 2 boys (4 and 2), 1 girl (6 mos.), and a greyhound named Scout. In the last 2 years I have gone from 175 lbs. to 220 lbs., from running a marathon and climbing Mt. Whitney, to hoping to run 2 miles without stopping. My goal is to return to 175 lbs. by my birthday in September (254 days). Also, to train for this year: complete a sprint triathlon, and half marathon, climb Mt. Hood... then Mt. Whitney again.
My biggest obstacle: making time for working out, getting enough sleep, and eating healthy.
Thanks to F2F for your motivation and info. Consistency is the key!!!
