My husband and I are moving this weekend. Which means, NEW FOOD in the FRIDGE AND PANTRY!!

I vow:

- to eat more fruits and veggies, but less potatoes. (oh starch, I knew him well.)

- more low carb, less QQ about it (Less crying about it). More buckwheat.

- more fiber, via prunes and dates. I can do it!

- watch the fat, especially with the low carb. low carb is not cart blanch for binging or eating like a jerkwad.

- more salads. but not more sauce/dressing. maybe more olive oil and lemon juice instead. and walnuts.

- pull out the weights and body ball... AND USE THEM. look at getting a little steppy bounce half ball thing.

- more beans. gogo. and cucumbers and tomatoes. get some good staple stuff that rocks, and run with it.

I tend to drift away after awhile. I try to encourage myself by saying I know what I SHOULD be doing, and my INTENTIONS are good, (the road to hell is paved with good intentions), so I just need to get on the stick about the doing part! My husband is one of those tall skinny guys, and I am definitely not tall nor skinny, so I conveniently develop amnesia about this at a drive thru.

Don't regret anything, just know you enjoyed your sugar binge, and do what you need to do to move forward. I think too many people tend to go OOOPS, and then instead of continuing to follow the plan, they say "awww, screw it".

Good luck, Jocelyn!
Well...that's a reason never to eat cupcakes

I (thought I was making) a red wine sauce to go with some beef once. But I was using red wine VINEGAR. Oh sweet biscuits and gravy that was some gross beef. Even the cats wouldn't touch it.

I canceled my acct after I started doing more Wii. In the meantime, my guild finally offed Vashj in SSC. I am missing a lot of newer content, but not feeling the burning desire to play anymore.

Used to be Everquest that everyone got worked up over, and sacrificed their lives for. Now WoW is getting that old demonization. I worked up some trade skills the last 2 days, but was only on for maybe half an hour both times- as opposed to the close to 11 hour days I was pulling for awhile there.. (Yeah, eeek.)

(I started up the acct again 2 days ago. It's just not paying for itself anymore.)

That'd be hot. I'm picturing a WoW for Wii sort of interface, personally. Use both arms to pump to run faster. Good-bye long runs after getting camped by locks! Wonder how'd that work with a shadow priest though... That'd be pimp though!

Oh Steve. If killing gnomes and dorfs were all the exercise I needed.... Well, I wouldn't need much exercise.

I do love Dr. Cygor's Workout. It makes me giggle. I think a lot of the games aren't so much cardio related as skill oriented, like balance or hand eye coordination.
Anybody else hate fish?

Hate fish, with few exceptions. Loved swordfish too. I dig other seafood though!

I have the sneaking suspicion that regardless of what you supplement the fish for, you're not really going to get the total benefit you would if you were to just suck it up and eat the fish. :\ I'm trying to get the nerve up to do this myself, don't worry!

Raymon's Raving Rabbids is okay if you can get past Day 2- which I'm currently stuck on, since I can't shut toilet door stalls fast enough for 50 seconds. I'd love to do some of the other stuff, but I'm stuck there.

I do like Wario World, but it's more slow pace since it's microgames. Once you clear the board for the single player though, it's looking rather bleak as far as progression goes- which means more boredom quickly. Not that it isn't fun, but you aren't really breaking a sweat doing that one.

Wii Sports was good, I'm looking forward to Wii Fit. I need to break it up some!

I played for an hour one day with the baseball and bowling and the next day I was wicked sore. I can't quite figure out the tennis, so I haven't suffered too much because of tennis! I never thought of the bowling being lunges!
