need some work out games

So far the only thing decent out there is Wii Boxing on Wii Sports. And Dr Crygor's workout section in Wario Ware. But you really need to act out the part in order to get any sort of a workout in that...
If you have an old ps2 or xbox lying around, i'd suggest buying a Red Octane dance pad (runs around $100) and some DDR games.
I'd still be playing them but i've since relocated to a small area where there is no room at all to do it.

Couch to 5K Running Program

So i read up on the whole couch to 5k thing, and i'm interested and would like to start soon. However one thing i noticed is that running, even for a little bit, causes my shins to catch on fire. Is there anything I should do to prevent this?
Also, i got a $50 gift certificate to Foot Locker, any good recommended running shoes I should get from there?

"Milk Helps Build More Muscle After Exercise

Well, actually there is alot of research stating that milk is actually very bad for you. There is a link study that shows that America and like... norway or sweden or something (i forget which one it is) have the HIGHEST intake of dairy, and the HIGHEST amount of osteoperosis. Whereas the countries/people that take in the smallest amount, or NO dairy at all, have the strongest bones of all people.
But your friend is right either way Amy S. Humans are the only animals on the planet that still take in milk after infancy, and we're taking the mik from other species of animals, whether it's cow or goat or whatever. If you read up on it, you will find that it's actually bad for you as it contains all sorts of enzymes and such that aren't meant for the human body. Obviously the people that sell them to you are going to want you to think that it's this wondrous liquid that helps you and heals bones and works wonders, because they're gonna profit from you in the long run. Also they really probably don't know. (And trust me, i'm not PETA member, just a guy who reads to much).
On the other side, there is alot of stuff that's bad for you. Just take it in moderation and there shouldn't be a problem.

You really shouldn't just battle through it. Take a day off to recuperate, then continue. You gotta crawl before you can walk... walk before you can run. Don't try and force your body to do something it isn't capable of. And trust me, I'm in pain right now also. I really really wanted to play it today after my run though it yesterday, but i'm giving myself some time. Besides, it'll help build the muscle if you let it heal.

I have alot of trouble sleeping if i don't eat relatively soon before I goto bed. I know it's bad to goto bed on a full stomach but I can't help it. And we usually don't have much in the way of food around here except stuff I really shouldn't eat. And eating something like an apple doesn't really satiate me... any tips?
