"Belly Bailout" Challenge: Week 4 Weigh In

I honestly don't even remember what my weight was the last time I weighed in on here...

But this week it was 256 lbs. I really have to start getting things together. My son is due in 9 weeks and I really want to drop some weight before the birth.

If I get things together I could probably drop 15 to 20 lbs before he's born.

Technically I've lost 3.6 lbs since Monday but when you gain 3 lbs every weekend its kind of hard to make the weeklong total look good, lol.

Thanks everyone. You are right Ara, this provides me with awesome motivation. Last time I lost a ton of weight I had my wedding as a goal. I think now that I have this, my new goal is to be in the best shape of my life by the birth. The funny thing is, is that if I start today, I have 80 lbs to lose. I want to lose 10 lbs a month, and the due date is exactly 8 months from today. The stars are aligned, lol.

Gained 1.2 lbs.

Right after last week's weigh-in I found out that my wife is pregnant with our first child. I am very happy about this and my mind has been elsewhere but I am starting to get back to eating the right way.

Yea, Bean was right, ultimately it will be too much to handle both blogs. I will just include exercise on my main one. It doesnt really make sense to have two anyways.

Bean-

I have plenty of time on my hands, lol. If for some reason it gets to be too much, I can always just start including the exercises on the weight loss blog. I just wanted that one to be solely about this challenge I am on though, that is why I made two.

One of them only gets updated once a week, so it's really not a big deal.

Hello, everyone. I redid my weight loss blog tonight to reflect the new challenge that I made for myself. It is similar to a "biggest loser" type competition that I am going on.

I also created an exercise/strength training blog to help me focus on exercising daily.

If you get a chance, stop on by every once in a while to help me reach my goals. If you have your own weight loss blog feel free to let me know if you would like me to post a link to it on mine. I appreciate any comments you might have, because it lets me know someone out there is actually reading them!

Haha, sounds like my grandma's house. She will cook an entire homemade meal on short notice just to make you happy. She will ask "can I get you any more" and you reply no thank you and she says, "well here you go honey, you need to eat". Then you pretty much just have to eat it, lol.

She is always telling me that I have to visit Italy at some point. And I will, just need to save up a bit of cash...
