Difficulty of exercise
Exercise & Training Tips

After exercising, I find it quite difficult to put down the level of difficulty on my Workout graph.

I know it's different for every person, but is there a rough guide to what I should put down? Eg.

Easy - Not sweating

Medium - Sweating a bit, aching etc...

Thanks in advance.

Most days I usually eat at least some meat, so I get Protein from there.

I think I'll drink a couple of glasses of milk every day too, to get calcium.

Also, since I usually have houmous with a lot of things, I'll be getting iron too.

I've cut out snacks completely today, and I've worked out that today, I've eaten around 900 calories, and burned about 350 exercising.

The strange thing is, I feel fine, even though I've had a sudden decrease of calories, and increase in movement.

I know 900 calories is VERY low, but I feel completely fine. Should I carry on like this? And if it's unhealthy, what should I do?
best games with a workout
Wii

If you find Wii Sports too repetitive, try Rayman Raving Rabbids, or WarioWare.

Both of them are tiring if you play them properly (stood up) and you will definitly get a good workout from both of them.

On Rayman, there is a mode especially for workout, which makes you do big movements repetitively, and on WarioWare, there is a character you can unlock who is there for fitness (it makes you do 20 mini games ina row, and you can't lose, only get points).

Out of the two, I'd probably reccoment WarioWare, because it's more addivtive. (and more tiring)

I'll probably try and eat breakfast every day. It's something that I've not really got used to doing. I probably need more sleep too.

Other than that, I just need to eat less and move more, which is what I'm aiming to do anyway.

I'm new here. My name is Adam, and I'm 14 years old.

I'm verging on overweight, (my BMI is 24.5) and I want to lost a lot of weight, because I get picked on for being fat...

Before I do anything, I was wondering if 2 stone in 6 months is realistic. Once I set my mind to something I'm determined to do it, and I would do all I could do achieve this.

Anyway, Hello to you all.
