![]() last week 192.4 lbs this week 192.8 lbs Dammit! Okay, so here's where I would historically throw in the proverbial towel. Worked my ass off for a week (only week 2, mind you) and up .4 lbs. I'm trying to be patient, because today - weigh in day- just happens to be my most bloated, crampy, PMS MONSTER day of the month...which makes it ALL worse, for several reasons...this is just such a downer! I suppose in order to break new ground, you've gotta break old habits...guess I'll keep "the towel:

Eating on the run is a bad habit that I've gotten into, and didn't really notice until I was watching ICMYT last night. I wonder if I really like what I eat

Welcome! I heard this show last night for the first time, and I really liked what he had to say. It sounds very simple and basic, yet his 4 rules are things that we don't necessarily stay conscious of. I know that I tend to think about all the "stuff" I have to do today, so taking time to eat (AND eat when I'm hungry) haven't really been strengths of mine! I tend to not eat, so when I do...watch your fingers!, and I eat so fast, that it takes my brain a long time to realize that I've eaten! SO, I'm excited, too, to incorporate these concepts in my daily routine. Let's watch those scale numbers DROP!!
