Rachey Poo..

You are doing very good on the stronglifts keep it up! It is a great program and I saw major results when I did them. (Wish I would have stuck with it)

Looks like they changed it up a bit since I did them.

Also with the Pullups/Chinups they suggest that you stay away from doing assisted:

@Minu @Pat g

The problem that I found is that everything in America is not fresh. Even the fruits and vegetables are gross here compared to the things I ate in Italy.

I do not like tomatoes in America, but I loved them in Italy, I would eat them every day. I could not eat fruits and vegetables for the longest time when I got back

I did The Medicine Ball 200 / 2 lol.

Just found out about this workout and it kicked my ass. First TRUE workout since starting back up.The push ups and sit ups were nice but this made me puke from lack of fitness on my part.

Haha

Thanks for all the info.. Now to setup a routine with it. My problem is if I do not have a set routine to do every day, I won't do anything. Hence why I stopped lifting after the Strong lifts 5x5 was over.

I need to set up a 6 day workout schedule and have set stuff to do each day. My next step

I miss Italy... what part are you in?

Everything in Italy taste better and I assume is healthier because they don't put all the pesticides and crap into their produce.

When I went I ate like a king and still lost weight because It was hot and I was overweight as is, so everything I did made me sweat (icky).

Hey all, if you read my other post you kind of know my situation. I have limited space and need the convenience of working out in my living room.

So I compiled a list of items that I believe can be put into a great workout routine, the only problem is that I don't know of enough exercises and/or routines to do with them and am looking for help. The equipment is:

Pull up/chin up Bar
Swiss Balance Ball
10 lb Medicine Ball
5 10 15 lb dumbbells

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey all, I am back and I believe this is my first topic since coming back.

Right now I want to do some cardio but it is freezing outside and dangerous to run outside where I live. So how can I do some cardio routines from the comfort of my living room? I do not have a dreadmill or a bike

I prefer Loose leaf tea. But tea is great for you as long as it is unsweetened. I buy my loose leaf tea from Adagio Teas, great selection. http://www.adagio.com/
They have starter sets for people just getting into teas as well. I suggest you check it out

Congrats on starting Allison. Like David said. Week 1 Day 1 was the hardest. I am on Week 7 Day 3 (today) and I can tell you from experience that it works and you feel great.

When i started I was huffing and puffing at the 1 min mark of running, now I am able to do 25 mins of straight running (jogging really). I am still huffing and puffing but I am able to keep with it.

So stick with it, trust me it works!
