Dream has had a VERY stressful couple of weeks, with her dad in the hospital, employees being disciplined, and her son having surgery. She's back on track now, though. We will finish strong!

I think I could use the accountability of keeping it off through the summer. If not, then DEFINITELY start one back up in the fall so we don't store up our winter weight!

Dreama-Lah had computer issues so I am posting her weight for her.

Let me just say, she is looking B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L, too! I am so proud of my cousin!

I worked hard to lose these pounds! -3.5 lbs.

6 pounds to go and I'm at 130, my first goal. I'm not sure if I want to go much lower than that. I'll see when I get there. I'd love to be 130lbs. by my B-day on June 7th! That's 6 pounds, though!!!!

I think maybe I was around 138 last time, but if my computer acts up, I may pitch it out the window tonight! hahaha!

I JUST discovered the calorie tracker and entered my very basic breakfast and lunch. I like the ease of typing in a specific food and being able to see it; I LOVE the fact that restaurant foods are in there, too. Very cool idea! Hopefully it'll hold me even more accountable and make it easier to log my food intake.

So far so good, even with being out of town last weekend. Now I just have to survive the stress of throwing a shower for my neice and NOT eating the gigantor cake, finger sandwiches, or chips. I can DO this!

I weighed in with Dreama on Week 11, too. Sorry for our absence, it's been a crazy few weeks and I have barely known what day it is! Anyway, here's my update! (Finally)

Week 11: 147.0
This week: 147.0

I have fluctuated up and down, but am losing again. This weekend will be full of sitting and eating during 3 days of out of town training/work. The hotel has a gym, so hopefully I can make myself do at least a little cardio each day. Keep up the great work everyone!

Great job everybody! I'm so glad we have traineo to keep up accountable, especially through our struggles. Hang in there if you've had a challenging week. Let's make it through Easter now!

Wow! Thank you all for the encouraging words. I think I'll take a back rub instead of a tummy rub suzette! LOL!!!! I thought I would go ahead and give you the next update. No...I haven't lost the next 10 pounds...YET.

As of Jan. 31st, I weighed 156.2 lbs.
Now on Feb. 26th, I am 150.2 lbs.

I know these pounds are taking awhile to come off, but I am so glad that they are. It is motivating for me to see the progress chart and the downward trend on my weight chart. I may very well have to reward myself when I get to 145 lbs.!

Hi! I am 5'1" and have a small-medium build. WAY back in the day (at least 15 years ago) I weighed about 115 lbs. That was before I got married and had a child, of course! So I figure that it would be AMAZING to get to 120 lbs, but realistically with my muscles and curves, I feel like 125-130 lbs. will be a healthy weight for me. There is no science or math involved in my decision, just what I know about my own body.

My weight/activity charts disappeared...???

Everything has changed when I go in to log my weight. I no longer have the chart with 2 lines showing my progress and projected weight. My diet log messed up a long time ago and now my activity log has changed. I don't know if it's just my profile or if that's happening to other folks, too. Just thought I'd check in and see if I've done something to cause this. I like seeing the charts. They motivate me and help me.

This is a fun thread...good idea. Iris, your picture makes me wish I had short hair again. I think I'll wait until all the snow goes away though!!!!

Well, after 13 years of marriage, my husband says that he still loves me for my butt, my boobs, and my face...and the order never changes. LOL!

For me, I think my best quality is my eyes and my smile.

Leah, if you look at my daily weigh-ins, you'll see that when I post 2 or 3 days in a row my weight fluctuates a lot, too. I definitely weigh as soon as I wake up when I'm getting ready to step in the shower. I think you got some excellent advice...the daily fluctuations can be frustrating, but as long as each week offers a loss, you're going in the right direction! You've come a long way already! Keep up the fantastic work!
