It's all up to you. I weigh daily just because I enjoy it. If it drives you crazy, though, just once a week is fine.

PS:
I used to love watching the number get lower, but my number hasn't budged in months, and it still doesn't drive me crazy. I guess it's just a habit.

I still weigh in daily. I like tracking it and can live with the daily fluxuations.

I like to weigh my self daily. I feel it helps my keep me in the right mindset. Start the day off thinking about what I want and how I will get there. Then I go out and face the day and resist the temptations to eat junk. I don't put all the weights on Traineo though.

I weight daily. When I see the weight pop up a little, I reflect on what I might have done the day before and how I can avoid any miscalculations today. You just have to realize that the body is complex, and it is going to fluctuate.

I'm still weigh daily, but I only worry about the averages over the week. I track my weight, but my scale also tells me my body fat percentage. Right now I'm more concerned with seeing my muscle mass increase ever so slowly...

I weigh every morning. My weight watcher wife has been taught to weigh only once a week. My motivation for weighing in everyday is so I can relate it to my food and exercise log to check for trends. This has allowed me to find the range of what I call 'net calories'. This may be a made up term?? I calculate my calories for the day and subtract what I burn in exercise. I then weigh the next morning. This has given me a rough idea of the amount of calories I should aim for.

I moved our scales to a pain in the bum place so I don't get on them all the time! I found myself expecting to see a drop each and every time and that was just messing with my head

I like to weigh myself daily because I get to see those tiny movements from enjoying my healthy lifestyle. Plus right now I'm at a weight I haven't seen in 3 years and every time I see it, it just makes me feel amazing! Therefore it's motivating!

I weigh almost every day, and often twice, mostly because I like to see how much goes away while I sleep. I have lost up to six pounds overnight. Sure, it's largely water, but it's interesting. The mornings are because I am just a little bit obsessed.

Every morning as soon as I roll out of bed I drain fluids, strip naked, and step on the scale! I am at my goal weight and I want to stay there. If it starts to creep up then I know it's time to adjust my path.

I weigh daily to keep myself honest. If I stop weighing it is usually because I know I am not eating right
