I'm new to the couch to 5 k program. My first day is tomorrow.
I've searched high and low for a good podcast for the workouts but have only been able to find music that I'm not that in to. I thought it might be fun to start a thread where everyone can posts links to the podcasts they have found helpful.

I'm using Robert Ullreys podcast, most of the time. Sometimes I swich to podrunner. And on very special occasions I create my own mp3 with sound qeues in them.

The Chubby Jones Podcast is definitely different than the electronic music of Ullrey and Podrunner. You can listen to Week 9 on the website first to see if you like it or not. Wish I would have found it sooner. Songs are not edited for radio.
This one has no music, just cues when to run.
There's a hip hop podcast too. You can see what tracks are on this one before you give it a try. The songs are not edited for radio.
There is a Christian Podcast too.
If you're feeling ambitious, you can make your own using Audacity! Just Google "use audacity to create podcasts" to learn how.

I have the podcasts that are voice only. I run two music players on my phone, one for the voice only C25K podcast for the current week, and another for streaming Internet radio.
I have a podcast for each of the nine weeks of voice only start/end/info prompts, based on timing of coolrunning.com.
If anyone wants these, I can post them in an hour or so when I get to the office. I can't remember where I found them.

Ok, Uploading now...I'll post a download link when its down.
There are 9 MP3 files, one for each week. On weeks where the three days are different, the prompts will tell you Week 3, Day 1 Stop Running, Week 3 Day 2, Start Running, etc at the correct times.

Download Links:
Week 1
Week 2
Week 3
Week 4
Week 5
Week 6
Week 7
Week 8
Week 9
Note that you can merge these files with your own music with many audio editors out in the wild. I am able to run two music players at the same time on my phone, so one plays a C25K Week, and the other plays or streams music.
Cheers!

You're welcome! C25K is much more entertaining with your own music.
