I am finally working on week 5 after a couple of setbacks. I really enjoy the program. You may already be using a podcast to help with the run. If you are looking for a time based program instead of a distance based program. They work very well. The tell you when it is time to walk and time to run. Here is a link to an alternative music program for the couch25k. This one features a lot of hip hop and pop. Some of it has pretty explicit lyrics so beware. http://www.kissmyblackass.org/?page_id=86 She changed the name of her blog but the URL remains the same. I hope no one is offended by the name. I have actually been enjoying the music and it helps me run.
