We noticed that our show was reviewed in Britain's "The Guardian". We were a little surprised to see a review of the show all the way from "across the pond" and thankfully it was a flattering review, but the absolute best line in the review was about Russ.

They said that he "sounded endearingly like one of the Muppets"!

So my question is, which Muppet were they referring to?

I think it was Miss Piggy...

Hi-Ho Russell the Frog here! Really?? Fozzie Bear I'd go with, but Kermit?

I'm getting an equalizer or a de-muppeter, yeah that's it.

I wonder if they sell those at Guitar Center?

Hi, I listen from England, and have been trying to put my finger on who Russ's accent reminded me of, now I know, it's definitely Kermit the frog !

I love the show and look forward to downloading each new episode. It has taken me 7 months to lose 25lb with weightwatchers. Having worked out my BMR I suspect I may not be eating enough. I have another 25lb to lose and am going to try to do it the fat2fit way. Keep your fingers crossed for me !!

I don't know guys, I've just listened to a bit of Russ and then "hopped" (sorry!) onto Youtube and rewatched a few muppets sketches and I'm thinking more Scooter! Fozzies a bit too deep (sorry Russ)

Kermit for sure.
But don't take it to heart, Russ.
When I lived in England people said I sounded just like Bart Simpson.
I think they just like comparing us Americans to cartoons...

I'm a puppeteer and Muppet means something totally different over in Britain...it means an incompetent or foolish person...I'm glad she clearified by writing "Co-host Russ Turley - who sounds endearingly like one of The Muppets" or it would have been a negative review LOL
