I did my work out today! Tag you're it!
Post a reply if you did your workout each day. Just a quick I did it. If we do it regularly our name will appear regularly... if we get sloppy and skip... well, that will show too.
I need accountability daily. This just might work. Would keep it on the hot post list right where we all can check in quickly.
Let's help each other stay motivated?

I did mine 50 minutes 500 calories on the elliptical!

did mine - 50 minute bike ride, 35 minute power plate, 40 minutes weight training.

I didn't do anything today... I'm a loser! Too sore from yesterday's weightlifting/bikeriding/yoga workout.

Did mine.
35 min. eliptical.
3 hours dancing with the vacuum and carpet shampoo-er. Yeehaw!
Going to my massage chair now.

did mine 2 hours of WiiFit & Wii Sport fun. According to the heart monitor thingy, it was good for almost 500 calories!

I did mine... walked for 1 hour around my beautiful neighborhood pond taking in a breathtaking sunset!

Too windy on the fringe of hurricane Ike to take to the fitness trail...
did 35 minutes on the eliptical today. More to come but have to get to my home projects.
