Hey Tim, how are things going?

That movie is the biggest reasons why I almost never eat fast food any more. SO GROSS!!

Things are going pretty good.... but busy. I have been quite busy lately.



My shoulder is still hurting and I am still unable to run. (if you didn't hear about my injury, you can read about it on my running blog http://blog.262quest.com/2008/06/down-for-count.ht ml ) I am hoping to be back running soon as I am really missing it.



I am down a total of 95 lbs since the beginning of my journey, and am in the healthy range for my height/weight according to the all knowing govt but will be happy when the skin has shrunk down to meet my current size.



Wish I had more time to hang out,
