Okay, so I thought I had just "misplaced" my scale when I packed up and moved...but no...I lost it. Had to buy another one last night, so I'm oficially back in the weighing in game!

Loss 2 lbs
Finally in the 230's! Just barely, but I'm excited about it. This morning was the first time I've seen them. I've gone back to some harder workouts and pushed to begin losing this last 20 or 25 lbs to go. 119.5 lbs lost so far, since I started in Sept 2007.

Difference: +.6lbs
Sliding back into my bad eating habits and not exercising. Also added stress with my grandmother and father in the hospital at the same time hasn't helped either.
(I need a vacation soon... I'm about two years overdue!)

Considering everything that has happened over the past 3 weeks (vacation, sick, lots of medication including steroids) and now being on my period, I'm not upset with this weigh in.
Great job everybody!
Richard, I really hope things settle down in your life very soon. High levels of stress are just no fun at all. I hope your dad and grandmother are doing better.

alright, most weeks I word hard to lose weight and either lose a very small amount or frustratingly gain weight. This week I went camping, drank lots of beer ate a couple bags of chips. How the hell did I lose weight?
This weekend I'm participating in a 24H mountain bike relay race, so I'll be getting a LOT of exersize in.. should be roughly 80-100km of biking... with my luck I'll gain weight :P

Hey guys. Sorry I've been MIA for awhile. I've been at the hospital with my sister since May 23rd and just haven't been focused on anything but her. I don't know what or when my last weigh in was, but I will post today's weight so I can start back next week (hopefully...even though I'll be at the beach until next Friday).
This week: 144 lbs
