did not do my exercise as planned and went off my diet for 2 days pretty badly. i am moving on. it is not easy but i am doing it. i expect a big weight gain this week and that is ok. any support/encouragement is welcome. thank you and i will see you all again next week and will report my gain later.

With the packing going on my schedule is all messed up. I'm getting a little less exercise and cooking less at home. Hopefully I'll be dropping some weight next week.

Gain: .5 lbs

Don't worry about getting off track Jenn! No one is perfect! I've been eating a lot this week too. Mainly just because I don't want to deny my body anything it craves as it is trying to heal. Plus being so sick as taken away some of my mental strength (kinda lame excuse, I know, but I am really feeling rough). So just keep plugging along. We're all in this together!!

Jenn, you have seen all of us fall of track and you've been there to help us get back on track! So we are totally here for you!
A couple days off course is NO THREAT to your success. Just get it behind you and allow yourself to move forward! You know better than anyone how to help your body shed pounds, so if you are facing a bit of a gain you know how to take care of that!
Pick yourself up and dust your fit and trim self off!

thanks for the support everyone. im not fit and trim but thanks for the compliment. i lost alot of weight but i am still out of shape but working on getting into shape. i had a bad few days and once again will try to start over again tomorrow. i didnt blow all of my hard work but it is a small setback. im excited to be back on track again. tomorrow is a new day,

I'm not weighing again this week (as I warned you all last week  ). I just got off the steroids (sinus infection) yesterday and I am super bloated (plus the steroids made me super hungry). So I'm not gonna sweat it. Just get back on track and get the weight back down - as soon as this stupid sinus infection goes away.
Good job on the losses Ivie and Tammie! Looks like you guys are in the minority this week!
To the gainers/maintainers: Don't give up guys!! Keep on working hard! We can do this!!
