TW = 222.6 pounds
Difference = +1 pound Sigh.
Was on track yesterday though... hope to keep it going and get back to losing again.

We're packing up to move back to the states and things have been crazy here. I have been good with the workouts and eating well, so I'm pleased to report...
LW: 243.5
TW: 241
Loss: 2.5 lbs
Pretty sweet! I think my long-term weight is going to be between 215 and 225, we we're down to the last 20 lbs or so. Sorry I've not been on more to cheer everyone else on... You guys rock!

This Week: 187.8lbs
Difference: -2.2lbs
Getting the eating under control and walking a little bit again. (Makes a big difference!)

After three weeks of gaining I realized that maybe my gains weren't just water weight or a big meal the night before and maybe I should start--you know--watching my calories and actually exercising again.
And it worked! Fancy that!

I am completely happy with where I am now. It is below my first goal, but not quite to my latest goal. My latest goal (158) is only based on being able to say I lost 100 lbs, not because I need to - so purely for bragging rights.
My goals are more revolving around toning up and losing the gut. I really don't think I have much fat left, I think the gut, and other places are more because my skin has not shrunk enough yet. The caliper says 14.8 bf. It gets better all the time, but I understand this part can take longer than the actual weight loss. I know I have some fat left and that is why I still want to keep focused. I just don't know if my body will ever get below 165, I think it is quite happy here
