those choices are interesting since a google search tells me it's vancouver.
but for the sake of guessing, it's probably not atlanta. it hit a big boom relatively recently. maybe it's because of the trolley system though...

Uh...not to be a dick but you asked for the worlds first trolley system, and the city it was introduced, which would be St. Petersburg in 1880, or Berlin in 1881. The Appleton line was the first tram line in America and was famous for being the first tram line ran by a hydroelectric plant.
Does that mean I get to ask a question now?
