Having tools to work this program is great. Was motivated by success stories. Emotional eating is my downfall.
Some things I picked up from the show:
- Smaller bites taste better.
- Compare yourself to yourself. "Do I feel better?"
- Use tapping exercise to change how you are feeling and to fight cravings.
Food just being food.....oh my...such a life-changing thought.
