Just a curious and fun post... So, if you remember, Where did you find Traineo? How did you find it? Was it a random find online? Did you hear about it from a friend? Magazine?

How did I hear about/find Traineo?

Earlier this year I got the Women's Health Training Guide (which I love!!!) and in there the recommended Traineo.com for tips, support, and tracking.

I found it in Women's Health magazine I think.

Shut up. I bought it for my wife, not for me.

An ex-friend recommended it to me. It's about the only thing I can thank that person for...

I used to be a big fan of consumerist.com and they had this article by one of the members here, and I thought, "hey! What a great idea!"

yeah, sure...

I think a friend sent me a link to it at some point when a bunch of us were all talking about weight loss and doing very little... When I had just joined the gym at work.

I was looking up information about the Dr. Johson Up day Down Day diet and it led me to this site.

Dr. Johnson's book will be labeled "The Alternate Day Diet" we may have to do a name change at Traineo so the "googlers" will find us!

I googled wii fitness test and found Mickey Delorenzo's website about his fitness experiment with wii.

URL

His test write up referred to traineo - I checked it out and was hooked!

I joined up with a bunch of other people from a forum site I used to be active on.

Within two months everybody else dropped out, but I stuck it out. My guess is they're still just talking about getting fit someday.
