Does anyone have any idea as to the approximate amount of calories burned for the different workouts?

Not sure but probably the same for what would be an intense aerobic workout. Depending on how long you do it for also. You can look it up at various websites like WW.com. They give the calories burned for different workouts, maybe even FItday.com depending on the time and the intensity of the workout. kim

I'm 127 lbs 5'6''. Using my heart rate monitor I've learned the following:
Doing the Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3 video and Turbo Jam Ab Jam (only the 2nd half, laying down portion) = 473 calories burned. Doing the TJ Punch, Kick and Jam video and the Tony's Abs video (That is included with the 5 main workouts)=422 calories Doing the TJ Fat Blaster video and TJ Ab Jam (whole video)=331 calories TJ Total Body Blast video=468 calories TJ Turbo Sculpt and TJ 20 minute workout=418 calories TJ Turbo Sculpt=270 TJ 20 min workout=148 TJ Cardo Party 2 and Tony's 10 minute abs=440 calories |

This is a great article! While dieting and exercising I think it is very helpful to keep a log of all
Calories Burned This will help keep you motivated. I use http://www.fitclick.com/how_many_calories_burned to find out what I burned during my workouts.
