Hi,
I've always found the baseball and boxing training on Wii sports to be a good workout.

If you haven't tried that Rayman game, it's hilarious, and it will wear you out fast.

I'm new here, but I have to agree that Wii Sports will give you a great workout. Boxing and tennis in particular if you're really into baseball, practice your swing in the practice sessions and try for home runs

You also have to do a bunch of stuff on the Wariowares Smooth moves. That's a pretty fun game too.

Definately Warioware Smooth moves for working up a sweat and for pure sillyness! Its great to play with your mates as well as you share one Wiimote so its hectic getting it off your wrist and passing it on in time
Other than that I find nearly all of the training on Wii Sports to be good if you refuse to give up untill you get a platinum medal, I think me and my housemate were playing the tennis one with a target for a good few hours the other day, that was tiring!!!

If you find Wii Sports too repetitive, try Rayman Raving Rabbids, or WarioWare.
Both of them are tiring if you play them properly (stood up) and you will definitly get a good workout from both of them.
On Rayman, there is a mode especially for workout, which makes you do big movements repetitively, and on WarioWare, there is a character you can unlock who is there for fitness (it makes you do 20 mini games ina row, and you can't lose, only get points).
Out of the two, I'd probably reccoment WarioWare, because it's more addivtive. (and more tiring)

Boxing is actually accurate if you take the time to learn all the moves and positions.
warioware is a good game because you can select certain forms/stances and play certain mini games associated with those forms/stances. you have to try that game out at least once!

I have to agree in saying that the boxing gets you knackered! If I don't have much time I play a couple of rounds and also practice on the training section.
Once I got my head round warioware, that is good fun and gets you going along with Rayman.
I also think sonic is good as you do some stupid things on that like flapping to avoid the thuderclouds - good for the arms!

Hi, how can I unlock this character. I believe it is Dr. Cryogen or something like that...

The warioware fitness guy is pretty fun
rayman is awesome and a lot of the games will get your heart rate WAY up.
my boyfriend and i beat the game sunday night, so now we have all the minigames unlocked and i can come home and select a few for my workout
do the training series on boxing for better accuracy
