I hope he tells us muscle likes chocolate fudge brownies. I made some last night as a dessert for guests coming tonight.

I've downloaded it before I started losing weight. Read it, didn't pay for it, it's a good read, but wouldn't pay for it.

Sensible advice, and researched backed theories. There are amazing articles in T-nation.com as well. Its what the hubby reads, as long as your not put off by the Mr. Universe looking guys

Hey, thanks for the offer! I found someone on ebay selling the download for about $6.00, so I downloaded it from him today. No idea if it was legit or not, but I do have the book now. I'll have to let you all know what I think.

No worries I do have it and am supprised someone was selling it on ebay. Danger of creating a pdf book I guess. That said I would never try to sell it, thats just stealing from Tom.
