Now we all know that I am game to try anything and that I take this fat loss thingy a little seriously but anyone reckon that I'm becoming a little more obsessed or is this the AVERAGE traineo supplement supply?

which kind of supplements?
if you eat right you shouldn't need supplements. (back to the "organic eating" thread) |

Are you actually taking 3 shelves' worth of supplements every day?
I'm currently taking supplement packs that have 7 different supplements in them. I suppose if I had a separate bottle for each, then I'd look like a junkie. |

image broken.
I understand the struggle with maintaining supplements and meds. I do dole out my meds / supps one day per week into a pill container. That helps. But I usually only manage taking them in the mornings even though some I should take multiple times per day. |

I have no pics of it, but I have in the cupboard three barrels of protein, one of Ravage muscle pump, some amino acid pills, creatine pills, multi vitamin, glucosmine and condwhatsit. green tea extract, and blah blah blah.
I actually take the multi many days, and the protein powder and pump every day I lift weights. I eat real whole foods, and try to forget all the nutrion depleting crap. Gotta get on to booking my face with all ya'll. Sorry there are very few shenanigans. |

I take a prenatal multivitamin, some vitamin C gummies, and 2 or 3 calcium chocolates a day. I get the rest of it from real food.

My question to you is, is it really sustainable and a full lifestyle change by taking all those supplements? I understand having a few, but no one wants to live long-term swallowing dozens of pills daily. Hell I hate that I have to take one lot of pills daily for the rest of my life
You're better off switching across to more natural ways of looking after yourself. PS Garlic is amazing. I've eaten it daily for the last 4 months and haven't been sick. |
