Hi
The reason for my question is that my body shape makes me look like I have eaten a pillow as most of the extra weight is from waist to chest and mainly at the front in a balloon shape.
putting the f2f plan into practice and have lost 4kg ( 8.8lbs) in last 2 months. slow but sure steps
any information appreciated
regards

It seems to me that your most successful exercise plan will be the one you enjoy doing the most, and therefore will do most often.
For instance, I know that I'm a big fan of variety, and enjoy trying lots of new physical experiences, so an "everyday at the gym" plan doesn't really work for me. I like to scout the web for new fitness trends like Zumba and hot yoga, then take a class in my area, or scroll through my On Demand fitness videos on Exercise TV, or take friends up on offers to try activities they have expertise in, like snowshoeing and rock climbing.
This is a different approach than a friend of mine, who really likes the social aspect of working out, so a consistent appointment with her personal trainer is very successful for her, because she has someone to visit with during each session.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that by accessing elements of your personality that you already enjoy through physical activity, you get to immediately begin enjoying your life as a thinner, healthier person, rather than add one more thing to your to-do list.
All of that said, finding ways to plug in some resistance training/lean muscle building activities into your new fitness personality exploration is a great idea. They give you a big bang for your buck health-wise.
Congrats on your weight loss so far! It sounds like you are definitely on the right track!
